I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction approaches. Through our therapy process, we will create a clear set of insight-building strategies and practical coping skills you can use throughout your life. We can help you shift from an unhealthy and unhelpful cycle with yourself and others, to an intentional decision-making stance that establishes healthy and useful patterns. Clients often note increased confidence and knowledge to work with and learn from difficult emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and interactions that historically kept them stuck.
Each session is customized to a client’s unique needs and strengths. Structured, short-term or longer-term series of sessions are available.
FEES:
My fee is $300 per session. I provide clients detailed receipts to submit for out-of-network insurance claims and HSA reimbursement.
